The Tracy starts with a 100% wool felt button base, next, the black Merry Widow veiling, topped off with two, vintage velvet, mustard and black flowers. 
The Tracy not only is a head piece, it also has a matching corsage, with the same vintage velvet flower and Merry Widow black veiling. All attached to a black felt backing with a brooch pin.
